I believe that when we create space for honest dialogue, active listening, and less judgment, people and organizations can grow more naturally and sustainably.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, connecting with nature, and dancing. I’m also a culture enthusiast and speak Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese
